Recently renovated apartment just 300 meters from the sea. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed and two single beds, a full bathroom, a bright living room and a balcony with sea views.
It is located in a very quiet area near the sea. A unique situation is very difficult to find on the Costa Brava.
It has beautiful paths near the Cap Roig castle where you can enjoy stunning views while you walk quietly with your family. The urbanization has a 24-hour concierge.
The apartment is surrounded by common gardens in the urbanization with a playground, ping pong, etc.
Beautiful apartment (110 m2) located in one of the most exclusive, lively and safe areas of Barcelona, with a multitude of shops, restaurants and public transport lines. The apartment has all the rooms exterior, its south orientation allows you to enjoy the Mediterranean sun all morning.
It is just 10 minutes walk from Paseo de Gracia and Diagonal Avenue.
It has 3 bedrooms, one of them with an individual balcony, 2 bathrooms, a Finnish sauna where you can relax after a day of visits, a large living room and kitchen.
We are doing everything we can to provide a safe space for our guests. Therefore, we have cleaned and disinfected frequently touched surfaces (switches, cabinet handles, remote controls, etc.) prior to arrival.
We also wash bed linen and towels at 60 degrees Celsius and kitchen utensils in the dishwasher at high temperature for disinfection.
There is a parking space, you must notify in advance. The cost per vehicle will be €15 per day.
As in all apartments in Barcelona, a tourist fee of €6 per person over 16 years of age will be charged upon arrival.
